I recently purchased TechUtilities and launched it on my Windows 10 system. It completely corrupted the start routine. I have uninstalled the product and would like a full refund. The order reference is 7DGPQYZE.

I need to use TechUtilities on a computer that doesn't have Internet capabilities. How can I work around the registration requirement?

S
Answer by Sean Hill

If the software uses online activation, then it's impossible to activate it. Each machine sends a hardware ID to the server along with the registration key and based on that it gives and acknowledges the registration which practically means it unlocks the full usage of the software.

Forward this request to the official developers because they might provide a way to activate the software successfully.

Answer by Sean Hill

This is what they say regarding the refund policy:

Our unconditional 60-day money-back guarantee is in full effect for all orders. Your satisfaction is our #1 goal. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, just let us know and we will be happy to provide you with a full refund. - Wiki Errors.

Note: This is the only way to obtain a refund for this application.

On July 12 I bought TechUtilities program (Invoice ID: KNX5L5ME). I can't open it because it seems to be incompatible with my Windows 10 x64. Shall I uninstall it? Any suggestions?

Answer by Alex Urbach

If the application doesn't work on your PC, then you are entitled automatically to request a refund in an interval of 30-60 days from when you purchased it. You should contact the seller from where you've acquired it from and ask for a refund.

Also, Tech Utilities belongs to the following developers. You should contact them to ask for a refund: http://wiki-errors.com/contact-us/

How or where do I go to log into the Techutilities program I purchased?

S
Answer by Sean Hill

If you've purchased the application, follow this link to download the installation package and use the available registration data to activate the program's full features. Shareware applications will display a registration window to enter the data so you can unlock its full functionality.

Also, look in the email you've used to buy the software. There should be instructions as well on how to install and activate TechUtilities.

I need to get reconnected to the tech support agent with whom I was working. We were disconnected when he rebooted my PC. Now even my Internet Explorer on that PC isn't working. Can you help?

Stephen Prastman
Answer by Stephen Prastman

I have checked their official website and didn't see anything related to Live Chat. The only thing that looks like Support page is actually the Contact US page. If there is an option in the application, you should use it again and specify that you were disconnected or use the forum to contact them again to establish a new support session.
