I am furious. I paid over $42.00 just to lose my ability to log into my email and some of the apps don't work now, and the PC is just what I had before.

I purchased your program. I was told after your initial scan with Hitman there were further problems. On payment of NZ$264.32 for a fix & support program, I was transferred to your advanced support man Frank, who remotely repaired my PC. Later that day, I went to sign in from power save & could not get access, my password would not work. No computer which gave me no way to contact Tech Utility. Had to get the local serviceman to reconfigure & reload lost data. Tech Utility, you are not competent & offering misleading services. I want a complete refund as you state in your sales pitch.

This product is garbage. Downloaded and have now lost my front page to Windows 10 and cannot now get email. Nothing more than online fraud!!

My kid thought it was a great idea and downloaded it, so any ideas how to delete the pesky thing off Vista. My Bitdefender keeps saying it is Malicious every time I try to Uninstall. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Kid available if You really want one and he is free LOL.

Hi,
are your tech utilities compatible with Windows 10 - 64 bit?
I see there is a comment about 32.
Thanks,
Jackie

Paid for, downloaded, wiped out everything that ran from Windows. When I read through some info later, it said, it was for 32bit, my computer is 64bit. Applied and asked for a refund straight away (within 15 minutes of download) given that they offer a 30-day money back guarantee. Nothing heard from them about it yet.
