My backup on Windows 7 failed with error code 0x8100002F.
I bought a 2 year plan and installed TechUtilities 2020. I ran the backup, failed with same error.
How can it be fixed or get a refund on what I paid?

Have the program now for years and have absolutely no problems. Feel good with everything.
